A bright and fruit forward Pinot Noir from Ningxia, China.

Perfumed aromatics of fresh red berries, violet and rose florals, orange peel, and hints of spice.
Builds in flavour, with ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, and red cherry fruits, along with notes of dried sweet spices, dried herbs, forest floor, and a marked mineral-earthy character.

Smooth on the palate, light to medium bodied and dry, soft almost velvety in texture, with a fine line of silky tannin and a dash of bright mineral acidity. Finishes smooth with a notably oaky tone.
